Privacy Policy

This portal is operated by CoAdapta to deliver consulting engagements to your organization. Your organization is the data controller for the personal data processed about you here; CoAdapta acts as a processor on its behalf, and as controller for the account and security data needed to run the portal.

Account data: your name, email address, and role.

Engagement content: documents you upload or that are shared with you, tasks assigned to you, and assessment results shared with you.

Technical data: sign-in events, and security logs (including IP address and browser) kept to protect the service.

We process your data to perform the contract between CoAdapta and your organization (delivering your engagement) and to meet our legal obligations (for example, keeping financial records).

Marketing updates, if you receive them, are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We share data only with the sub-processors needed to run the service — our cloud hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider — under data-processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your data for as long as your engagement is active and as required to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized under our retention schedule.

You can access and download a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Use the “Privacy & your data” page in the portal, or contact your CoAdapta consultant. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
